• Single barrel straight rye whiskey produced by Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel R18 • Distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana • Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley • Aged 10 years in a charred new American oak barrel; a portion of the maturation takes place at PCS Distilling’s warehouse where the barrel is heat-cycled, introducing temperature variation to raise proof and viscosity • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength (hazmat level) of 70.7% ABV “This rye opens with classic green apple, bergamot, caramel, and leafy tobacco, accented by subtle eucalyptus.
